Please read these terms carefully before using Botaura. By using our platform, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Botaura ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Description of Service

Botaura is an AI chatbot SaaS platform that allows businesses to create, customize, and embed AI-powered chatbots on their websites. Features and limits vary depending on your selected subscription plan.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information

You are responsible for account security

You must be at least 18 years old

Multiple Free plan accounts are not allowed

4. Subscription Plans & Payments

4.1 Plans

  • • Free — Rs. 0/month
  • • Starter — $5/month
  • • Pro — $9/month
  • • Plan limits are automatically enforced

4.2 Payments

  • • Payments are processed manually
  • • EasyPaisa & JazzCash supported
  • • Upgrades confirmed within 24 hours
  • • No automatic billing currently

4.3 Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis if submitted within 7 days of payment.

5. Acceptable Use

Spreading spam, misinformation, or illegal content

Collecting sensitive data without consent

Impersonating another business or person

Attempting to exploit or reverse-engineer the platform

Violating local or international laws

Accounts violating these terms may be suspended or permanently terminated.

6. Your Content

• You retain ownership of all uploaded content.

• You grant Botaura permission to process content solely for operating your chatbot.

• You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate laws or third-party rights.

7. Lead Data

Leads collected through your chatbot belong entirely to you. Botaura securely stores and displays them inside your dashboard and does not use them for any unrelated purpose.

8. AI Responses & Accuracy

AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing your chatbot knowledge base and ensuring information accuracy.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain high uptime and platform reliability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance and downtime may occur periodically.

10. “Powered by Botaura” Branding

• Free plan chatbots display Botaura branding.

• Branding removal is available on Starter and Pro plans.

11. Termination

• You may cancel your account anytime.

• We may suspend accounts violating these terms.

• Account data is deleted within 30 days after termination.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botaura is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including business loss, revenue loss, or damages caused by AI-generated responses.

Total liability is limited to the amount paid to Botaura in the previous 3 months.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Botaura after updates means you accept the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be handled under Pakistani jurisdiction.

15. WhatsApp Integration

• Starter and Pro plan users can connect their WhatsApp Business number to their Botaura chatbot.

• By connecting WhatsApp, you authorize Botaura to send and receive messages on behalf of your business via WhatsApp Business API.

• You are responsible for complying with WhatsApp's Business Policy and obtaining proper user consent before messaging customers.

• Botaura does not store WhatsApp conversation data beyond what is necessary to operate your chatbot.
