Analytics — Track Your Bot's Performance

The Analytics dashboard shows you how your chatbot is performing — message volume, lead generation, response quality, and conversation patterns. Use these insights to improve your knowledge base and grow your business.

Plan requirement: Advanced Analytics requires the Pro plan or above.

Overview Metrics

At the top of the Analytics page, you'll see four key metrics:

  • Total Messages — all messages exchanged (inbound + outbound) in the selected period
  • Total Leads — number of leads captured through chat
  • Avg Response Time — how quickly the bot replies (typically under 3 seconds)
  • Conversion Rate — percentage of conversations that resulted in a lead or order

Messages Over Time

A trend chart showing daily message volume. Helps you see:

  • Which days are busiest
  • Growth trends over time
  • Impact of marketing campaigns on chat volume

Messages by Hour

Distribution chart showing when your customers are most active. Use this to plan your availability for human handoff — if most messages come between 6-10 PM, that's when you should be monitoring the inbox.


Top Questions

The top 10 most frequently asked questions by your customers. This is gold for improving your knowledge base:

  • If a common question gets low-confidence answers, add more content about that topic
  • If customers keep asking the same thing, consider adding it to your FAQ or welcome message
  • If questions are about things you don't offer, update your bot to redirect appropriately

Conversation Metrics

  • Avg Messages per Session — how long conversations typically last
  • Avg Session Duration — time from first to last message in a session
  • Bounce Rate — percentage of visitors who open the chat but leave after one message

Leads by Source

Breakdown of where your leads come from:

  • Web — leads captured through the website chat widget
  • WhatsApp — leads captured through WhatsApp conversations

Date Range

Select your analysis period: 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. All metrics and charts update to reflect the selected range.


Dashboard Overview Stats

Even without the full Analytics page, your Dashboard Overview (the main dashboard page) shows real-time stats on all plans:

  • Messages this month
  • Total leads
  • Average response time
  • Bot status (active/inactive)
  • Setup completion checklist
  • Plan usage (messages, chunks, files)

WhatsApp Usage (All Plans)

For WhatsApp-specific metrics, go to Dashboard → WhatsApp Usage (available on all plans):

  • Inbound vs outbound message counts
  • Category breakdown (service, utility, marketing)
  • Estimated monthly cost in PKR
  • Open service windows count
