How Billing Works (Meta Cloud API vs Botaura)
Botaura never marks up WhatsApp message rates. Botaura's monthly plan fee covers our AI platform, dashboard, courier integrations, and algorithms.
WhatsApp messaging costs are billed directly to your credit card by Meta via Meta Business Manager at official wholesale rates. Conversations inside Meta's 72-hour Click-to-WhatsApp ad window or customer service inquiries within standard limits remain completely cost-efficient.
