Payment is currently handled manually via WhatsApp/bank transfer. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans.
Usage Tracking
Monitor your usage anytime in Dashboard → Pricing:
- Messages — used vs limit, with percentage bar
- Knowledge chunks — used vs limit
- File uploads — count and size
- Manual entries — count vs limit
Message counts reset on the 1st of each month (UTC).
WhatsApp Costs (Separate from Botaura)
Botaura does not charge for WhatsApp messages. WhatsApp message costs are billed by Meta directly to your Meta Business Account. The Botaura subscription only covers the platform (AI, dashboard, integrations).
The estimated costs shown in Dashboard → WhatsApp Usage and Dashboard → Spend are indicative based on Meta's published rate card. Always check your Meta Business Manager for actual charges.
Trials
Our admin can grant you a time-limited trial of any paid plan. When the trial expires, your plan automatically reverts to Free. No charges — no surprises.
