How Does the AI Work?

Botaura uses RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) — a technique where the AI first searches your knowledge base for relevant information, then generates a response using that context. This means:

  • The bot only says what's in your content — no hallucinated answers
  • When it doesn't know something, it says so and offers to connect the customer with your team
  • It gets smarter as you add more content

Language Intelligence

Your knowledge base can be in English, but the bot will reply in whatever language the customer uses. If someone asks in Roman Urdu, the bot searches your English content, finds the answer, and replies in Roman Urdu. This works for Urdu script too — the bot converts script to Roman Urdu for easier reading on WhatsApp.
